We operate to a strict code of conduct which every training course provider must agree to prior to advertising their training courses with us.
We constantly monitor our customer feedback to maintain a high level of customer service. Any training provider dropping below our 'Acceptable Customer Service Levels' are immediately removed from our network. This means you can be sure that every course that you book with Training Courses Direct is delivered to the very highest standard by a high level accredited training course provider.
