Massive targets set and continued growth for 2012.

2011 was an Epic year for us and one which saw us grow immensely as a company with relocation to new larger offices, the addition of several new staff and smashed targets every single month.
After the Christmas and New Year break we all came back to work feeling fresh and very motivated. The team needed to be motivated because the targets that I set this month are very ambitious even I will admit that, but yet again they have delivered and smashed my 'very ambitious' targets.
I always say that "in order to do exceptional things you need exceptional people" and the Training Courses Direct family really are an exceptional group of people who always strive to exceed our customers expectation's. The rapid growth of our company is due to their continued hard work, excellent service and unwavering determination to become the most used training course broker in the UK today.
But this is just the beginning.. and even now looking back we have come a long way in such a short space of time, but we are only just getting started!
We have VERY big plans for the future which includes greatly increasing our portfolio of training courses and the sectors which we target as our customers and increasing our marketing budget to in excess of half a million pounds a year.
We have also re-launched our very successful 'Loyalty Points Scheme' we trialed this last year for a month with great success so have now made it a permanent feature. Read About our Price Promise and Loyalty Scheme here.
I would also like to welcome 'Liz Keech' to the DIRECT family of companies. Liz who is originally from Wales joins us as a 'Personal Account Manager' and has settled straight into her role within the family.

All Time Records set.. plus New TCD web site launch & Much More..

What a crazy month it's been here in November, I would like to personally thank all TCD staff for an extra special effort this month as always you have exceeded my expectations. As is our current trend we have yet again smashed all turnover records this month as we continue to grow rapidly. Yet in amongst all of this we have managed to design, test and launch our brand new web site and systems and migrate to a brand new state of the art dedicated server solution meaning a big improvement in performance and reliability.
Our original web site was looking dated at two years old and as The UK's favourite training course broker we felt it needed freshening up plus we have added several new features to the new web site.
I would personally like to congratulate Danielle Morris on becoming a Director of Training Courses Direct Ltd as of 1st November 2011. Now Danielle get's to work 12 hours a day instead of just 8 hours taking over the day to day running of the Training Courses Direct business.

TCD Most used Training Broker in the UK Today.. Plus New Personal Account Manager Joins TCD .

Due to the continued expansion we have smashed all records yet again making Training Courses Direct Ltd the most popular training course broker in the UK today. A challenge which I set myself and the team a while back and one that is fantastic to achieve. So what is next? We have plans to expand our range of courses in 2012, we also plan to launch a brand new business so keep checking back for more news.
I would like to welcome our newest member Ashley Davis to the family. With a background in training and customer service Ash has settled in very well here. We maintain a fast pace here at TCD which Ash willingly accepted as a challenge. It's a very mentally demanding job dealing with hundreds of different people every day from customers to providers but Ash has risen to the challenge.

TCD Welcomes our New MD and Two Team Members.

While many businesses have had a slow July it's been as crazy busy as ever here at Training Courses Direct. We have broken all records again this month (for the 4th consecutive month) and as we continue to expand we are excited to welcome our new Managing Director.
Carl Downs has recently been appointed Managing Director of Training Courses Direct Ltd. With a strong background in creating new businesses, business strategy and running many successful businesses Carl is an Entrepreneur of the Year finalist.
Carl has been appointed to formulate a strategy to take Training Courses Direct to the next level of expansion and to quote him "We WILL be the number one training course broker in Europe within the next 12 months".
We have also added two new members to our ever growing family.
Simon Sherwin joins us as a 'Personal Account Manager' with an established background in accounting and account management. Simon is already a great fit to our existing family and we are both lucky and pleased to have him join our family.
Laura Knowles who joins us as an IT graduate with extensive knowledge in IT and systems. Laura is working with Carl (our MD) on our web site and industry leading systems to further improve our clients and partners experience when dealing with us.

Training Courses Direct Secures (AWE) Contract.
(June 2011)
We are excited to announce that Training Courses Direct Ltd goes from strength to strength by winning a large contract with AWE (Atomic Weapons Establishment). This contract see's Training Courses Direct delivering training to some 100 delegates at AWE's head office.
This contract is the first step in our strategy to lead the way with Corporate Client training services.

The Expansion Continues
(April - May 2011)
It's been a crazy few weeks here at Training Courses Direct as we continue to expand.
Firstly we would like to welcome two new members of staff to our team, Danielle Morris and Charlotte Richardson join us as 'Personal Account Managers' dealing with our corporate clients. Both have extensive backgrounds in account management and we are sure they will bring excellent customer service and organisation skills to the company.
Secondly we have just moved to new larger premises, this new space is essential as we continue to expand at a rapid rate. All post has been redirected so we will still receive post which is sent to our old address.

We are extremely proud to announce the brand new 'Instant Tender System'.
This state of the art system allows us to offer our clients the very best deals in the country for 'In House Training Courses' at the click of a button.
We regularly take enquiries for In Company / In House training courses. We simply add our clients requirements to our Instant Tender System, the system then automatically emails all our registered Training Course Providers (over 200 and growing) who are eligible to tender for the work. The email includes a link which when clicked on takes our partner to an online Tender form which they will in (takes a couple of minutes) and submit. The Tender which most accurately meets our clients requirements and has the best pricing will ultimately get the work. It's that simple!

Move to New Premises
(May 2010)
The success of Training Courses Direct Ltd continues as we move to new premises from the beginning of June 2010.
At just 6 months old we have had to relocated to a fully integrated office facility to cope with the rapid expansion and massive increase in business.
This new facility provides us with much more space and will allow our rapid expansion to increase at a fantastic rate in line with our deal to increase our online marketing budget by a whopping 100%.
This rapid increase and development of the business is only possible due to our state of the art IT systems and web site, which automate most of the tasks involved with our business. We have invested heavily in this area and continue to build on our systems on a daily basis. We are absolutely determined to be THE place to visit when looking for a training course in the UK.
The new office facility is close to the M18 motorway links and has full Training and boardroom facilities within the complex which are at our disposal at any time allowing us to offer 'in company' training at our very own facility.
